450席の大ビアホールで味わうこだわりの地ビールは格別です。団体様のご予約も承っております。

The KAGA Beer Hall has four kinds of original beer. All made with pride using and German barley, wheat, maltandhops. Enjoy a variety of local fresh foods with our original beer. We can cater for large reservations up to 450 people.

オリジナル地ビール
Original Craft Beer

本場ドイツの「ビール純粋令」に基づいて副原料を一切使わず、ドイツ・フランケン地方のモルト、ホレダウ地方のホップ、酵母だけで作られた正真正銘の生ビールで、深みのある味わいが特徴です。
Genuine wheat malt from the Franken provinces and barley hops from Holedau provinces in Germany and yeasts are used to brew our four types of beers using Germanbrewing techniques and guidelines.

ピルスナービール　
Pilsener Beer

苦みを効かせるビターホップと、香りを奏でるアロマホップをブレンドした喉ごし爽やかなラガータイプのビールで、一般的に愛飲されています。
It is a very popular beer of the lager type. It is fresh on the throat with a strong hop aroma.
下面発酵　アルコール度数：5.5％

ヴァイツェンビール
Weizen Beer

大麦モルトと小麦モルトをブレンドしたビールです。酵母の働きによって醸し出されるバナナのようなフルーティーな味と香りをお楽しみ下さい。
It is barley malt and the wheat malt blend beer. During the brewing process some of the yeast remains in the beer. This causes the sweet fruity like taste and aroma like banana.
上面発酵　アルコール度数：5％

ラオホビール
Raugh Beer

ブナのチップでモルトを燻煙し、より一層の旨味と香りを引きだしたスモークの効いた黒ビールです。当館いちおしのビールです。
Our black beer used beech tip for smoking malt and that process drew more taste and fragrance of the beer. This is the beer we recommend the best.

ゴールデンエンジェルビールGolden Angel Beer

ピルスナーモルトとカラムンチをブレンドした、すっきり味の赤みのかかったビールです。
It is a lager beer made of a blend between pilsener malt and deeply roasted caramel malt.
